COYOTE Calendar: June 25-July 1

Pride is peaking this week, and along with the Trans March, Dyke March and SF Pride we’ve also got pride puppets, pride tattoos, pride soccer, and, yes, some (allegedly) not gay events.

Bold hand drawn words like "poetry" "sports" and "comics" surround a coyote reading a book, against a teal background.

Welcome to the COYOTE Calendar. Here are this week’s hand-picked events, just for you.

Pride is peaking this weekend with the Trans March, Dyke March, and SF Pride along with approximately 382 parties, markets, meetups, and more across the Bay Area. We have included an incredibly chaotic and, frankly, random cross section of them. There are also not (technically) gay (yet) events happening this weekend such as the Oakland Radio Communication Association field day, a series of dance performances, and a tribute to an electronic music legend. But mostly, let’s be real, it’s pride. (If you’re not interested in pride events and want to know what else is happening check out the Oakland Review of Books calendar, which leans more literary and less gay.)

This week we’ve also got pride puppets, pride tattoos, pride soccer, and more. We’ll post new events each Wednesday. Go forth and enjoy!
